Refund Policy

At Figura Concept, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. The company reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

Returns

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who must arrange the shipment while complying with the following requirements:

• The product must be properly packaged and labeled with the order number and the customer's name.

• The return must be sent to the following address: Calle Bailén 15, 2º Exterior Derecha, 28013, Madrid.

Any costs or risks associated with returning the product are the sole responsibility of the sender.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you must first return the original product following the instructions above. The cost of this return is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the item, we will proceed to send the new size at no additional shipping cost. However, please note that exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size in our inventory.
